Shipping & Returns Policy
We offer complimentary shipping across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, operational factors, and courier service conditions.
Monetary refunds are not provided. Eligible returns or cancellations, where approved, are issued only as store credit (non-transferable and not redeemable for cash).
Exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographs.
All exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval. Final eligibility is determined by Drishti Platinum at its sole discretion after quality inspection.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
International orders are treated as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
