India (Domestic Orders)
At Drishti Platinum, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your online purchase, we offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery in the form of store credit, which has no expiration date. The 7-day window is counted from the day you receive the product to the day it is picked up by our logistics partner.
All domestic sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Exchange Process:
• Return the product along with a request for store credit.
• Use the store credit to purchase a new product.
• If the new product costs more than your credit, you’ll need to pay the difference.
• Any leftover store credit can be applied to future purchases.

Return Conditions for Store Credit (Domestic Orders):
Contact Lenses:
• Must be unopened and in original condition.
• Returns are not accepted for opened or tampered boxes.
Sunglasses & Frames:
• Must be unused and unworn.
• Provide the original purchase invoice (physical or digital).
• Return all original packaging, including tags, warranty cards, product catalogs, care instructions, dust bags, etc.
All domestic returns undergo a thorough quality check before store credit is issued.
International Orders (Outside India)
Are international orders eligible for exchange or return?
No. International orders are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit.
Due to high international shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes applicable on inward shipments to India, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for international orders.
Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, sizing, and images before placing an international order.
All international sales are final. Once an international order has been confirmed and shipped, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
