The 7-day window is counted from the day you receive the product to the day it is picked up by our logistics partner.

• Must be unused and unworn.
• Provide the original purchase invoice (physical or digital).
• Return all original packaging, including tags, warranty cards, product catalogs, care instructions, dust bags, etc.
