Drishti Platinum has a strict no-refund policy. However, clients can exchange sunglasses or frames within 7 days of delivery if the products are unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Clients may cancel their purchase within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after 24 hours will not be accepted unless initiated by Drishti Platinum.
In cases where Drishti Platinum cancels an order due to internal reasons, a full refund will be provided along with the reason for cancellation.
If the exchanged product is of a lower value than the original purchase, the difference will not be refunded. Instead, a credit note will be issued for the difference.
If a client is unable to find a suitable replacement product at the time of exchange, a credit note for the full amount will be provided. Credit notes issued by Drishti Platinum do not have an expiration date.
All exchanges and credit notes are contingent upon a thorough quality inspection of the returned items by the Drishti Platinum’s team.
